Message from Franchise Benefits Group CEO
Welcome to FBG. I am CEO Todd Salmon, and I am proud to introduce a program built specifically for the franchise community. We created FBG to give franchisors, franchisees, and their employees an affordable way to access meaningful benefits that support their health, stability, and long term success.
Our mission is simple: make high quality benefits accessible to every franchise system, regardless of size. When employees feel valued and protected, they perform better, stay longer, and help build stronger locations. For franchisors, this becomes a competitive advantage in recruitment, retention, and overall brand growth.
Although we have an extensive team supporting the organization, every client is personally handled by me and our national team. You are never passed off to a virtual call center or left navigating a system alone. We care deeply about the success of every brand we serve, and we stay involved from the moment you explore your plan options through every claim you may need help with.
At FBG, we understand the unique structure of franchising and the challenges that come with managing teams across multiple markets. That is why we built customizable plans, easy enrollment processes, and dedicated support designed to seamlessly integrate into your operations.
Thank you for trusting us to serve your brand. We look forward to helping you create a healthier, more stable, and more competitive franchise system, one employee at a time.

What’s better for your business and employees: better benefits or raises?
For the employee: At $100 per month, the total raise is $1,200 per employee, per year. Sounds impressive, right? After taxes, the amount received by the employee drops from $1,200 to about $965. Taxes quickly dilute some of the raise’s impact.

For the employer: The raise actually costs the employer more than $100 per employee, per month because taxes must be paid.

An ICHRA allows franchise owners to reimburse employees for individual health insurance premiums tax-free, reducing payroll taxes for both the business and its employees while giving owners predictable, controllable monthly costs.
Absolutely. Our plans work for franchises of all sizes—from single-unit operators to national brands—because they are flexible, affordable, and customizable for part-time, full-time, and seasonal teams.
No. Each franchisee can choose the coverages they want to offer based on their budget and staff structure. Franchisors can also create a recommended “core menu” for consistency across the brand.
It’s simple. We provide branded communication tools, easy onboarding materials, and centralized support so each location can adopt the program quickly without adding workload to the franchisor or franchisee.
Employees can select from health benefits through ICHRA as well as Aflac supplemental plans such as accident, hospital, critical illness, disability, cancer, dental, vision, and life insurance.
Aflac claims can be submitted directly online through Aflac’s claim portal, while health insurance questions or requests can be submitted through our Contact page for personalized assistance.
Franchisors gain stronger brand consistency, increased franchisee satisfaction, added value during franchise recruitment, and a turnkey benefits system that requires no additional staff or internal resources.
We manage all ongoing administration, communication, compliance, employee support, and plan updates. Franchisees simply choose their benefits, and we handle the rest—keeping their focus on running and growing their business.
